Job Summary
Operates palletizing equipment to maintain line output and product quality. Troubleshoots palletizer malfunctions including shuttle cars, wrappers, and photo eyes; informs maintenance as needed. Verifies changeovers, pallet patterns, bag sizes, and code dates; coordinates with forklift driver and team members to ensure continuous material flow. Ensures pallets meet QA standards and optimized stacking to minimize overhang and gaps. Supports LP process, records accuracy of G-Code, and prepares correct pallets, slip sheets, and film. Participates in team development and LEAN practices, communicates issues to team leaders, and contributes to overall efficiency. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with large production machines, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Dayshift, no travel, Fort Smith area.
Required Qualifications

- Experience running large machines
- Background in manufacturing/LEAN/GMP practices
- Knowledge of QA standards and packaging operations
