Palletizer

Maintain and troubleshoot the palletizer and downstream equipment for stacking and assembly finished products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Operate the palletizer machine to ensure efficient product flow, oversee the shrink-wrap machine, and clear bottle jams or correct process problems. Assemble raw materials such as slip sheets and strap lines, adjust equipment, and report malfunctions to maintenance. Changeover parts and materials for varied products, inspect finished goods, and remove scrap for regrinding. Complete daily production and inspection reports. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
