Job Summary
Pallet Repair-2nd Shift at Terzo Enterprises: repair and refurbish damaged pallets in a fast-paced production environment, inspect for defects, and correct issues to meet specifications and daily quotas. Duties include removing damaged boards with a pry bar or hammer, using a reciprocating saw and grinder to remove nails, attaching boards with a pneumatic nail gun and hammer, and performing basic math for pallet counts. At shift end, restock supplies, clean the area, and assist with other duties as needed. 2nd shift is 3:30 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday; pay is $18.00 per hour. Must be 18+, with basic tool knowledge a plus. Frequent lifting of 75–85-pound pallets; overtime and weekend work may be required.
