Job Summary
Inspect pallets for defects including broken boards, missing components, nail issues, debris, and contamination, then correct non-compliant items using a pry bar, hammer, reciprocating saw, grinder, pneumatic nail gun, or hammer. Remove damaged boards and attach new ones per company specifications while maintaining speed, accuracy, and safety standards to meet daily production quotas. Restock building supplies, clean the repair area, and perform other duties as required. This steady indoor role involves frequent lifting of 75- to 85-pound pallets, requires basic math skills, and offers $18.00 per hour for Monday through Thursday first shifts from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets
- We participate in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires
Desired Qualifications
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
