Job Summary
Assist with hands-on physical labor and machinery operations to streamline production and maintain customer satisfaction. Perform tasks requiring the ability to lift 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach during an 8-10-hour shift while keeping the workspace safe and tidy. Report to the Plant Manager and floor supervisors, maintaining punctuality and a respectful attitude toward coworkers. Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be 18 years of age
- Physically able to lift 50lbs as needed
- Physically ability to stand, bend/stoop, kneel, lift, reach and other physical tasks during an 8-10-hour shift
- Must maintain safe and tidy workspace
- Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately
- Punctual-Comes to work every day and on time
- Respectful of coworkers and Supervisors
- Hard working
- Eager to learn multiple jobs and want to grow with the company
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience is helpful, but not required
