Job Summary
Millwood Inc. is seeking general laborer/pallet assembly staff in Waverly, OH to assist with hands-on physical labor and operations of machinery to streamline production and maintain customer satisfaction. Reports to Plant Manager and floor supervisors. Ideal candidates are punctual, respectful, hard-working, and eager to learn multiple jobs and grow with the company. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Must pass a drug test, be 18+, and physically capable of lifting 50lbs and performing 8- to 10-hour shifts involving standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and other physical tasks while maintaining a safe workspace. - Physically able to lift 50lbs as needed
