Job Summary
Pallet Assembly position in Cleveland, OH focused on hands-on physical labor and machinery operation to support production and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include observing safety guidelines, reporting safety concerns, executing supervisor instructions, inspecting and repairing pallets for defects, lifting and carrying materials, proper storage, waste disposal/recycling, sorting/stacking pallets by size and grade, completing required documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety practices and OSHA requirements. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy items repeatedly, work outdoors in varying temperatures, and complete pneumatic nailer training. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug test
- 18 years of age or older
- Physically able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand, bend/stoop, kneel, lift, reach for 8-10 hour shift
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery
- Ability to read and interpret imperial system
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
