Job Summary
Pallet Assembler I fabricates component parts and assembles finished products according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include set-up of the work area, fitting parts together per instructions and quality standards, operating hand tools, stacking and labeling components, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment, completing pre-shift startup inspections, maintaining production records, and participating in safety, continuous improvement, and other programs. The role involves adhering to established safety and quality procedures and performing duties as assigned to support manufacturing goals.
Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge of basic math preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
