Job Summary
Develop applications and operational workflows using Palantir Workshop, Slate, and AIP while building and optimizing data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL. Design Palantir Ontology objects, integrate data from diverse sources, and create dashboards using Contour and Quiver. Perform data analysis, quality checks, and troubleshooting to translate mission requirements into user-focused solutions. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, provide training, and apply strict security and governance standards. Requires 3+ years of data engineering experience, 1–2+ years with Palantir Foundry, active Secret Clearance, and onsite availability at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, analytics, or a related technical field
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Contour, or Quiver
- Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Palantir AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows
- Palantir Foundry certification or formal Palantir training
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and enterprise security frameworks
- Experience supporting U.S. Government, defense, or intelligence missions
