Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy VIP family's formal residence in Doha, overseeing staffing, training, and the smooth running of household procedures. Set standards, write manuals, and supervise housekeeping while coordinating rotas, calendars, and appointments for the Principal. Direct diverse teams including housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and nurses through mentorship, reviews, and disciplinary matters. Handle vendor negotiations, property maintenance, security, and event planning while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Troubleshoot issues and ensure all staff are properly trained and supported.
