Palace Host Sales Deputy Team Leader to support the Team Leader and Deputy team in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team across visitor-facing locations (Ticket Office, Palace shops, digital visitor guide handout points, and the Magic Garden). Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping achieve sales targets, delivering training, coaching team members in selling techniques, and leveraging understanding of visitor needs to create consistently positive guest experiences. Requires proven management or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment; skills include people management, cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising. The role is full-time (38.5 hours over 5 days per week) with weekend and bank holiday shifts, based at Hampton Court Palace in East Molesey, Surrey. The post involves leading by example, ensuring teams reflect the quality and warmth of the palace, and working collaboratively with leadership peers to oversee daily operations across multiple visitor-facing locations.
