Job Summary
Conduct paintless dent removal and cosmetic repairs on small to mid-sized dents using trained techniques and various tools. Remove trim to access vehicle body and fenders, then complete minor repairs for dents and light hail damage. Review all finished work with a supervisor and identify repairs effectively the first time to minimize re-work and delays. Collaborate with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated costs and vehicle quality. Adhere to shop safety guidelines to decrease injury risks and follow company policies with integrity. Requires at least two years of experience, a clean driving record, and valid license. Paid weekly with health, life, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Recon cosmetic techniques
- At least 2 years of experience as a Paint Dent Repair technician
- Fast, eager and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform immediate task within target time frame
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
