Painting Project Manager overseeing painting projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing multiple subcontractor crews, monitoring budgets to maintain profit margins, providing real-time project updates to the owner and stakeholders, organizing painting schedules to align crew availability with client preferences, leading the customer journey from initial meetings to final reviews, allocating projects from estimators to suitable crews, negotiating prices with subcontractors to meet profitability standards, performing quality checks on job sites, cultivating relationships to drive Google reviews, testimonials, and referrals, and securing final payments upon project completion. Requires proficiency with computers and technology; prior experience in construction management or estimating is advantageous; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant asset.
