Oversee multiple residential and commercial painting jobsites, managing people, materials, schedules, and quality while planning daily operations with Crew Foremen. Coordinate crew leaders, homeowners, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery. Track labor hours, monitor production progress, control costs, and complete punch lists to guarantee strong final results. Mentor and develop crew members and foremen while contributing ideas for system improvements. Required Qualifications
- English fluency
- Valid driver's license

- 2-3+ years of painting experience
