Job Summary
Auto Body Refinish Prepper needed to prepare vehicles for refinish per insurance guidelines. Responsibilities include surface preparation, masking, priming, and top coating; thoroughly sands, masks, primes, and prepares vehicles for refinishing; evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job; restore vehicles to pre-accident condition; participate in ongoing I-CAR and industry training; career growth opportunities. Compensation is Flat Rate ($18-21 per booked hour) with minimum wage guarantee if applicable; benefits include 2 weeks paid parental leave for full-time employees (min 30 hours/week), ~6 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance from day 1, 401(k) with company match, short-term disability and life insurance, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary daily pay option. Location: Charleston County, SC, US.
