Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate industrial painting projects from start to finish, leading a team of 3 to 6 painters to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Assign tasks, inspect progress and quality against specifications, and train new members on techniques and safety protocols. Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients while maintaining accurate records of expenses and daily reports. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and OSHA standards across varied industrial settings. Must be local to the Greater Chicago Area with willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and possess proficiency in Spanish. Valid driver's license and experience with painting at heights and in confined spaces are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial painting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong leadership skills
