Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate industrial painting projects from start to finish, leading a team of 3 to 6 painters to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Assign tasks, inspect progress and quality against specifications, and train new members on techniques and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of expenses and daily reports while communicating status updates to project managers, contractors, and clients. Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and OSHA standards across varied indoor and outdoor settings. Must be local to the Greater Chicago Area with a valid driver's license, willing to travel extensively throughout the Midwest, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial painting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong leadership skills
