Oversee painting crews (3–15 painters) on multiple job sites in St. Louis, ensuring safety, quality finishes, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead and develop the team through hands-on training, set expectations, coordinate materials and sundries, conduct pre-job walkthroughs, provide daily client updates, protect property boundaries, and perform final walkthroughs with touch-ups as needed.
