Painters

Apply coatings to surfaces using brush, roller, conventional spray, airless, and thermal spray methods. Prepare surfaces for coating with hand tools, power tools, and blasting equipment. Support crew operations including painting and blasting of pipes and structures. Measure and mix paint accurately, while monitoring and maintaining blast pots, paint pots, and breathing air boxes. Perform daily general housekeeping, visually inspect surfaces for readiness, and clean and store tools. Maintain a hazard-free jobsite and dispose of chemicals in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Communicate effectively with crew members and supervision.
