Maintains building finishes by performing painting, finish application, and wall repair throughout facilities. Responds to routine and emergency calls for corrective maintenance involving building finishes. Performs rough and finish wall repair and finishing as directed. Maintains a safe and workable environment for all building users. Contributes to a positive patient experience by anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.
