Assemble scaffolding, cover surfaces with protective materials, and set up ventilators to ensure safety. Prepare walls by washing, filling cracks with putty, and sanding until smooth. Apply primer and sealers, then mix and apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Perform efficiency tests, general ground and building maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Hold a valid NYS Driver's License and possess field experience.
