Job Summary
Prepare surfaces, apply paint with brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment, and mix colors for buildings, food stands, offices, and fencing. Protect floors and fixtures before work, then assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC projects. Safely operate hand and power tools, pressure washers, and aerial lifts while tracking work orders and logging hours. Follow all safety procedures and disposal protocols for hazardous materials. Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic digital work-order platforms
- Dependable, organized, and able to solve problems independently
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate professionally with team members and management
- Willingness to follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, push, and pull
- Ability to safely lift and carry tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at elevated heights
- Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
Desired Qualifications
- Four years of painting, construction, facilities maintenance, or related experience is preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, color matching, and general repairs
