Painter

Paint and repair walls, doors, woodwork, and ceilings; replace wallpaper; and remove fixtures prior to painting. Apply paint using various tools, remove old paint with removers and scrapers, and fill cracks with caulk or putty. Maintain and categorize work request records while responding to orders efficiently. Protect furnishings with drop cloths and masking tape, and assist vendors or order supplies as directed. Keep work areas compliant with state, federal, and local codes. Greet residents and announce presence before entering rooms.
