Job Summary
Painter needed to prepare surfaces, apply paints and coatings, and support the crew to meet project specifications and deadlines. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanding, caulking, priming, applying paints/stains/coatings with brushes, rollers, and sprayers; protecting surrounding areas; loading/unloading supplies; setting up and cleaning up job sites; communicating with team and clients; and adhering to safety procedures. 1–3 years of professional painting experience preferred (residential or commercial). Must have a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the United States, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Opportunities for advancement to Lead Painter or Crew Leader; compensation starts at $18+/hour with performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and pride in producing clean, professional results
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
