Job Summary
Manage multiple residential painting projects and sites, handling everything from small maintenance jobs to full refurbishments. Coordinate work across diverse client bases while ensuring all tasks are allocated and signed off via software. Maintain high safety standards for yourself and others on every job site. This role requires a strong communicator capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running simultaneously. You will work standard 38-hour weeks Monday to Friday, with occasional regional travel. Provide your own tools and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated residential painting experience
- Successful completion of a medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening
- Drivers Licence
- Provide your own tools
- OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- National Police Check
- High-level painting skills
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective at working to meet agreed timeframes
- Strong communicator
- People skills required to interact with our diverse client base
- Sound level of computer skills
