Maintain work areas daily, secure lockers, and keep all equipment and tools provided by JKV in proper condition. Properly patch and prepare assigned areas, then paint them while using drop cloths and plastic to prevent damage. Leave one quart of paint properly labeled with color and apartment number in each unit after completion. Assist with creating supply orders, communicate directly with trades or subcontractors to solve problems, and train staff as requested. Work during all weather conditions, including extreme heat indoors and outdoors, while lifting up to 40lbs and standing for up to eight hours.
