Painter

Perform interior and exterior coating work for healthcare facilities using brushing, rolling, spraying, and other accepted application methods. Apply coatings to achieve smooth decorative finishes and required thickness levels while preparing surfaces through smoothing, filling, shaping, leveling, and related prep methods. Repair and alter paintable surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and doors, and remove wallpaper for refinishing. Candidates must have minimum 3 years of documented painting experience, proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray guns, and OSHA 30-hour construction training. This role supports ongoing maintenance and repair projects, potentially rotating between Montgomery and Tuskegee campuses based on workload.
