Job Summary
The Painter/Powder Coater plays a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality finish of products for various customer projects. Responsibilities include preparing and applying coatings, inspecting parts for defects, handling products safely, mixing paints and additives, adjusting paint parameters, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred vocational training or certification in metal fabrication, and must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction assembler or similar role in metal fabrication
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication, with ability to follow instructions
- Knowledgeable in safety regulations and committed to a secure work environment
