Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, and burning; apply primers or sealers to prepare surfaces for new coats. Cover work areas with protective materials and post appropriate signs. Transport tools, equipment, and materials weighing 20-60 kg throughout hotel areas while enduring various physical movements. Clean up and store all painting tools and equipment in designated locations. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for building equipment and rooms. Communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure understanding and report issues promptly with resolution suggestions.
