Painter| Part-time| Skilled Nusing facility

Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and general surface preparation by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other facility areas. Maintain a clean work area, protect furniture and resident belongings, and identify repair issues discovered during projects. Follow all OSHA, infection-control, safety, and facility policies while working respectfully around residents, families, and staff. Complete assigned projects efficiently with attention to detail.
