Painter

Paint, maintain, and repair painted, wall-covered, stained, and varnished surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture, and equipment throughout the hotel facility. Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques including measuring, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint, and using brushes, rollers, and spray-guns. Install and repair covered wall and ceiling surfaces such as vinyl paper, fabric, and foil. Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood, and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing, and lacquering. Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function and report major repairs to superiors. This full-time, year-round role at Hilton Myrtle Beach requires flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.
