Job Summary
Perform routine painting repairs in common areas and residential apartments, addressing electrical malfunctions, plumbing fixture replacements, and HVAC resets. Respond to emergency calls for system failures and complete all work orders while documenting task details and equipment information. Assist other maintenance personnel on campus projects including snow removal and maintain proper supply levels for efficient task completion. Work a reasonable amount of scheduled and on-call overtime as necessary, adhering to strict attendance and punctuality policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience as a painter /maintenance in a residential complex, commercial building construction or maintenance
