Job Summary
Prepare surfaces, apply paint and finishes, and perform touch-ups in guest rooms and public areas to maintain the property's appearance and condition. Ensure a clean and safe work environment while reporting to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer. Maintain a warm, professional demeanor and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Eligible to work in the United States with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
