Job Summary
Color match, mix, and apply paint to project specifications while performing touch-ups, repairs, and caulking on warehouse bench assemblies. Identify and remediate paint defects to ensure zero defects in delivered products. Operate within a structured environment performing repetitive tasks, material handling, and maintaining tools and work areas using 5S principles. Create and apply assembly identification labels while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Adhere strictly to OSHA and customer-specific safety requirements. Works 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday with potential for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to work repetitive tasks for an extended period
- Ability to perform material handling duties
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or system solutions
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Ability to comply with E-Verify
- Ability to comply with OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements
