Perform routine painting, wall covering, and floor repairs or replacement while assisting with department maintenance. Complete preventative and corrective work orders, respond to emergencies, and perform additional electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed. Operate under a rotating on-call schedule to provide coverage when Plant Engineering is unavailable. Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license adhering to vehicle safety policies. Requires two years of painting experience; commercial or healthcare setting experience is preferred.
