Job Summary
Perform professional painting and maintenance across SmartPark garage facilities, accurately matching paint colors and collaborating with the local Sherwin-Williams representative to procure supplies. Utilize standard industry tools including rollers, brushes, and sprayers while applying comprehensive knowledge of surface preparation to ensure long-lasting results. Clean, scrape, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting, cover areas with protective materials, and fill cracks or holes with caulk or putty. Drive company vehicles to reach job sites, climb ladders for high ceilings, and clean up all equipment upon completion. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Shift runs Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of commercial painting experience
- Must be able to complete jobs timely
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license
- Must have a current address
- Must have an acceptable driving record
