Painter/Coater/Blaster - Day Shift

Job Summary
Responsible for the application of paint products according to customer specifications. Duties include cleaning, preparing, coating products, and operating hand tools. Workers are expected to develop proficiency in paint, coating, and blasting functions. The position requires excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate must have basic computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to lift heavy objects. Candidates should have at least 1 year of prior experience in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior work experience in related field
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- An acceptable combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least two areas of Blasting, Coating, or Painting (Level II and III)
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and completing preventive maintenance (Level II)
- Experience in a team lead role by assisting and planning (Level III)
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
