Job Summary
Painter role at Caterpillar Solar Turbines in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include performing surface treating and preservative coating for metals and assemblies, following process specifications and instructions, conducting sand/ bead/shot blasting or tumbling as required, loading parts to maximize equipment efficiency, visually inspecting finished work to ensure it meets specifications, maintaining process records, and adding proper solutions to tanks. Requires ability to use industrial paint sprayer tools, and willingness to work overtime and a fixed onsite schedule five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Experience with industrial or commercial painting
