Painter responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of hotel surfaces by performing painting, finishing, and coating tasks. Responsibilities include surface preparation (patching holes, sanding, priming), applying paint/varishes/coatings with brushes/rollers/spray guns, color matching, inspecting surfaces for flaws, touch-ups, and coordinating with other departments to minimize guest disruption. Must follow safety protocols and comply with regulations related to painting and hazardous materials. Requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong attention to detail, proficiency in painting techniques and tools, and good written/oral communication. Maintains inventory of paints, supplies, and equipment; reports progress and material usage to supervisors; and supports managers on special projects.
