Job Summary
Painter/Blaster role performing surface preparation and painting on structural steel using media blasting, masking, primer application, and coating per work instructions. Requires HS Diploma or GED; 2+ years’ industrial paint experience preferred. Must work in a team environment. Responsibilities include masking non-blasted surfaces, handling materials via crane/forklift/pallet jack, mixing paints per specs, using thickness gauges, maintaining paint records, completing blasting/painting with limited supervision, equipment maintenance, managing blast media usage, and collaborating with other departments while adhering to PPE and safety policies.
