Painter

Perform painting, varnishing, and surface repairs on wood, metal, glass, stucco, masonry, and cement throughout the community, using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes while demonstrating caution in occupied units. Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by scraping and applying commercial removers, then retrieve and complete work orders within established time frames. Erect scaffolding and ladders, make repairs to damaged surfaces, and paint signage and parking areas in accordance with branding. Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track paint colors within budget, ensuring proper storage and labeling of all materials with updated safety data sheets. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with no weekends or holidays.
