Job Summary
Prep and mix paint, then apply correct color and thickness to steel racks using electrostatic spray guns. Solve problems that arise during painting and maintain strict attention to detail to meet quality standards. Clean the work area and follow 5S daily. A paint test is required prior to hire. Previous powder coat experience is preferred. This role offers a pay range of $18-$19 depending on skill and experience, with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 401k, and reimbursement for steel toe shoes and safety glasses.
