Painter and Polisher - The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

Maintenance-focused role in a luxury hotel environment: perform preventive maintenance on tools, building systems, and guestroom equipment; inspect and repair painting, drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related components; operate shut-off valves and apply Lockout/Tagout where needed; manage maintenance inventory and coordinate daily activities and issues with shifts using approved communication programs; demonstrate basic knowledge across air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building systems; handle surface preparation, painting, minor repairs, and cleanup; test and troubleshoot equipment including electrical components, plumbing, lighting, and guestroom items; perform housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties; maintain professional appearance, protect assets, and provide quality guest service; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs/ladders; use computers to input schedules and adjust temperatures; comply with safety policies and participate in trainings.
