Painter and Decorator

Hands-on Painter & Decorator role in Tower Hamlets delivering internal painting and decorating across residential properties. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying emulsions and gloss finishes, wallpapering, external painting at height, damp and mould treatment, supporting void refurbishments and reactive maintenance, conducting snagging and touch-ups, maintaining tools and company vehicle, and communicating professionally with tenants and colleagues. Requires experience in painting and decorating, wallpapering, damp & mould treatments, working at height, and a professional, quality-focused approach with strong attention to detail and safety adherence. Full UK driving license and ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team. Company van and fuel card provided; 42.5 hours per week; salary around £35,385.84 per annum (GBP).
