Job Summary
Test and maintain chemicals in dip tanks, prepare product for paint application and weld, and paint according to specifications. Control correct tagging and parts, maintain equipment, and clean point booths per schedule while assuring correct MIL thickness. Maintain compliance paperwork for environmental and quality standards, communicate internally and externally, and comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies. Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required. Perform material handling and forklift driving duties as needed. Requires high school diploma, ability to read blueprints, and forklift certification. 2nd shift onsite hours Monday through Thursday, 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read blueprints
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
- Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned; ability to problem solve
- Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
- Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
