Job Summary
Conduct on-site delivery and training for Paint Repair technicians, SA, and SM at dealership locations. Execute process reviews with dealerships to drive action planning and implement repair processes by liaising with suppliers and organizing OJTs and certifications. Track manpower monthly, assess skill matrices, and identify training needs while managing new dealer manpower training. Lead regional meetings for gap analysis and action planning, focusing on retention, attrition evaluation, and skill enhancement initiatives. Maintain adherence to AS Business SOPs and manage training programs independently. Requires minimum 4 years of automotive paint training experience and a Diploma or Engineering degree.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Paint Trainer in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of automotive painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Advanced MS Office application skills
- Interpersonal & Task Management skills
- Clear understanding of adherence to AS Business SOPs
Desired Qualifications
- Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM
- Paint repair process certification
- TTT certification
