Job Summary
Conduct polishing of newly painted panels, remove dirt inclusions, and ensure finishes match factory standards. Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes. Execute repairs in line with manufacturer standards while accurately completing Company documentation and following all procedures. Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure workshop efficiency within a premium dealership team. Work under the support and guidance of the Bodyshop Supervisor to deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in smart repair techniques for various materials and surfaces
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in smart repair processes
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and service
- Must be available for full-time permanent employment
- Must be located in or able to work in North West London/Newcastle area
- Must not require weekend work
