Paint Technician

Perform all refinish work according to specs, including mixing paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors using specified color charts. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws such as blisters or streaks and correct their causes. Communicate vehicles through the paint process stages while applying designs, lettering, or decorative items using paint brushes or sprayers. Verify paint consistency and follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing. Lay out logos and symbols on painted surfaces per blueprint specifications using measuring instruments, stencils, or patterns. This role supports Crash Champions, the largest multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., which also operates the growing LUXE | EV Certified brand.
