Perform all refinish work according to specs, including matching colors using specified charts and mixing paints to match specifications or original colors. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws like blisters or streaks, correct their causes, and verify paint consistency. Apply designs, lettering, or decorative items to finished products using paint brushes or sprayers, and lay out logos according to blueprint specifications with measuring instruments. Communicate vehicle stages in the paint process and follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing. Requires I-CAR certifications and prior refinish experience. Posted min pay rate is USD $75,000.00/Yr.
