Job Summary
Perform all refinish work according to specs, including mixing paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors using power mixing equipment. Match colors following specified color charts and verify paint consistency. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws such as blisters or streaks and correct their causes. Apply designs, lettering, or other identifying decorative items to finished products using paint brushes or sprayers. Lay out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces according to blueprint specifications. Communicate vehicles stage in the paint process and follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing. Requires I-CAR certifications and prior refinish experience. Posted minimum pay rate is $75,000.00/year.
